1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible.

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. Process for Returns

  • Email omnishipfast@gmail.com with order number + photos of issue.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.

3. Refunds

  • Issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Customized or clearance items.
